Support Staff Vacancies
Our dedicated staff are the backbone of our school. If you would like to join us in fulfilling our mission to provide high quality education for our local community you may wish to apply for the following vacancies.
Full time, term time only, Salary Scale Grade C (Depending on Experience)
Due to our growing student numbers at Eaglewood School, our supportive SEND Team are looking to recruit two full-time Teaching Assistants who are committed to supporting children and young people with additional learning needs.
We are looking for unique people for a very unique school.
Eaglewood School is one of Hampshire’s newest Alternative Provision providers. We deal with students who have found their mainstream educational environment difficult and have for a large variety of reasons been unable to cope at school. Our students are complex, but the job is highly rewarding. All staff members need to have large amounts of patience, resilience and a great sense of humour.
We aim to provide a safe and stable environment which enables us to provide a place of safety, kindness and trust. If this is something you feel passionately about, we would love to hear from you.
The successful applicant must have experience working in a school in either primary or secondary settings. Those who have worked with students in mainstream schools will be considered, although those who have had experience specifically with SEN would be an advantage. Candidates should be able to work independently and with initiative.
An application form can be downloaded from above or alternatively can be obtained from Mrs S Gray, PA to the Headteacher, tel 01425 460994; email: email@example.com.
For an informal chat or visit to site, please contact Mrs Annette-Kelsey. School tours for potential candidates are available on request.
The Eaglewood School follows best practice in recruiting staff in relation to safeguarding and is an equal opportunities employer.
